This tuna is perfect for portion control with lots of good protein. I love it's portability and easily added to salads or eaten right out of the pouch. Add a little mayo, touch of olive oil, and some salt %26 pepper and you're good to go. I also love how they store in the pantry and take up little space. Yum!
It's tuna. Great value(statementand brand name, Would buy starkist on rollback, but for everyday great value it is. It would be nice if lower sodium version was available.
Never a bad batch, always high quality. Premium Tuna. We eat about 5 packs a month. Sandwich's and salads. Never a let down. Never loaded with water or oil.
It is a great value. Good size pack, and the tuna is solid, not mushy or runny. Tastes good, too. Much more convenient than having stacks of cans around. Definitely will buy again.
Nice %26 fresh in the pouch - and a thousand times better than dealing with a can %26 the mess that goes with it! I do prefer the larger size pouch - even for a quick snack w a fork steaight out of the pouch! Definitely a great idea!
I mix it with dry cat food. they love it and less than $1 per can...
I liked the results from the person I spoke with they were very respectful
Good tuna, good price, lacks the canned flavor.
I used to buy Albacore, exclusively until I learned that Albacore - being the largest tuna - has the highest mercury content. So I switched to light tuna. I liked the taste of Albacore but don't need the mercury. I've heard almost all seafood has it now, so I don't eat it as much. This is easier to use than cans and I don't have to drain off the water. Packets are the way to go.
There are some food items that buying the store brand doesn't cut it. Great Value Chunk Light tuna isn't one of those. This tuna is just as good, if not better than the "name brand" kinds. And it's cheaper to boot! Give it a try, you won't be sorry.
