Great Value Sliced Almonds, 16 oz

I put sliced almonds in my oatmeal every morning. These 16 ounce bags from Walmart are the best value I've found. - mix 1/2 cup old fashion oats with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 cup milk - cook in a 1000 Watt microwave oven at full power for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until milk boils, then continue cooking in microwave at 30% power for 4:30 minutes. Use the multistage cooking feature of the microwave. - Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. - Add 1/3 cup walnut halves, 2 tablespoons sliced almonds, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. - Stir, then enjoy a balanced and nutritious breakfast.

I absolutely love the taste these almonds. I use them for everything from ice cream toppings to adding them to cooked meals. I even eat them by themselves just as a snack. They are always fresh, they have a nice crisp crunch and they taste wonderful.

I was purchasing Fisher sliced almonds, but decided to try this brand and I am glad I did! These are more thinly sliced and always great quality almonds. I was having issues with inconsistency with the fisher nuts, so I am glad I found these. I use them daily on my yogurt and berries! They are delicious!

I have been using this for decades it goes great in Ricearoni dishes and are great in salads and vegies. You just cannot go wrong with sliced almonds for healthy as well.

Sliced almonds are a tasty addition to coleslaw or any type of salad. Walmart has a nice size package at a reasonable price. Appreciate the convenience of purchasing them sliced so ready to use.

These almond slices were sliced too thin and so much came broken into tiny pieces and skin. They are fresh. I like to add them to my cereal or oatmeal so I don't mind that they are broken but I'd rather have thicker slices and more crunch.
