Melted well
I use white chips in a cheesecake recipe I have, and these melted in the heavy cream far more easily than others I've tried. They worked well, and the cheesecake came out great so I'm very pleased and will buy them again.

Best vanilla baking chips!
I get so bored with "chocolate chip everything" cookie recipes, but I just LOVE the baking chips - the possibilities are endless and I like the flavor, not to mention the amazing price!
