I was hesitant about ordering my ponytail palm online just because of the shipping time. When my order arrived, the box was pretty banged up and I was worried the plant was going to be damaged, however, the plant was unharmed. It is absolutely beautiful, healthy and there was no damage at all! I would order again!
This was a very beautiful and healthy ponytail palm when it arrived and I removed it from a slightly bent box. But no fear, the plant was so perfectly packed that there was no damage. I have several Costa Farms indoor plants and just love them but they were all purchased locally at various stores. This was my first but not the last purchase this way because the plant came directly from Costa and it looks great.
It arrived fast %26 ships well protected as it is still cold here in NE Indiana. Very healthy-looking ponytail palm. Directions for care shipped with it. Plastic is wrapped at base to keep dirt from spilling out and making a mess. This is an adorable baby palm tree! I have never been disappointed by any plant i have bought from Costa Farms. You can trust them.
Love this ponytail plant from Costa. Highly recommend. I was a bit wary of buying a plant unseen on line, but it arrived promptly, beautifully packed. I had questions about placement, etc. and called CF customer support. Gabriel responded quickly and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service. Will definitely order from CF again.
Leaves were a little twirled bc of shipping and the pot could be a bit higher and less soil but over very good
I bought this one at the gift. I seem to have trouble with these plants there it is the same as they are sensitive to watering or not been watering and it's all to determine exactly what type of program that you should be on. so far nothing has worked little watering moderate water they all seem to die away in a matter of two or three weeks at the best cuz somebody please elusive date on the best possible way to keep this plan alive?
The pot arrived cracked at the bottom. There was a long stick in the pot which was taller than the plant. I'm assuming it was meant to protect the plant from getting crushed. It ended up cracking the pot at the bottom. The plant was beautiful. I decided to keep it and just put a plate beneath it. Returning was too much of a hassle.
I wasn't pleased with the plant health, too much browning as if the plant was dying already and a hand full of leaves fell off as I was taking it out of the box. The lack of care to make sure every buyer get the best for their bucks is very disappointing, I wont be purchasing this seller ever again.
This is the second plant I purchased. Not only was the Shipping bad, the packaging was atrocious. In addition, the little palm had root rot, and to this day I am trying to save it. This little palm is really a succulent, so they must have watered it a lot, because she sat in a lot of water when she arrived. I am including a picture. I am not sure what to say because one plant arrived impeccably and the other one atrociously. You make up your mind! Good luck!
My plant didn't make it come out of the box bad I tried to revive it done as it was told my plant didn't live I lost money on that plant. That's the only thing I've ever bought from Walmart that wasn't any good but it took it a while to get here and it just wasn't in good shape when I got it. One of the limbs was broken. I even tried to propagate that, but it didn't work. I wished it did. I wanted a ponytail in my collection, but it never happened. She died.
