The way you can switch up your cooking with this one seasoning is insane! You can use it on beef, chicken, fish, any meat really, as well as potatoes, veggies, and in salad. Just sprinkle it on your food, use it as a marinade and let your food set in it, or mix it with olive oil or butter. Your taste buds will thank you.

I love cooking, and make dinner every night for my family. Quite often, I use the same herbs and spices when cooking various dishes. When McCormick sent me this seasoning to try out, I initially thought it would be just another spice. Boy was I surprised! This stuff is awesome on chicken breast. The best method I've found is to heavily coat both sides of the chicken, then cook it on the stovetop in a cast iron skillet with a little bit of oil. It forms a nice crust that is just addictive. I'll be adding this spice mix to my regular lineup.

I really liked this seasoning. Me and my family are big garlic fans and this has a good flavor. I've used it in potato soup, on chicken and veggies. The only thing you need to adjust is salt. This seasoning has salt in it so you don't need to add salt or if you do add salt you wouldn't need much. Overall I would recommend this .

I used this roasted garlic & herb seasoning on chicken, and it tasted delicious. I used about a third of the bottle for a pound of chicken. I liked the hint of dill weed oil that was added to the spices. I will definitely use this for other dishes with meat. I was impressed with the savory herb mixture!

This has great flavor and works on just about anything you want to add a little garlic and herb seasoning! I have used it in chicken and pork chops to give them some flavor and I've added it to vegetables with a little butter. It's not salty at all so you can use a generous amount. I love all of their flavors but this is my favorite!

First I will say I am familiar with grilling using McCormick products and very rarely do they disappoint. On those occasions it's just not a flavor me or my wife enjoy but the kids love or vice versa. Never do I find their product bland under flavored or poor quality. This ended up being one of those times we all enjoyed it sprinkled over so chicken before grilling ended up being a win all around. Even if Garlic and Herb isn't your favorite we have tried many others in the past we loved. I'll take credit for the chicken being cooked perfect and juicy but the flavor was all in the hands of McCormick and was just enough garlic with hints of herbs to pop. We loved it and would buy this and their other products again and have!
