Hamilton Beach 12-Cup Programmable Drip Coffee Maker Machine with Glass Coffee Pot, Cafetera, Black

This coffee maker works great I. Would recommend this product

For me this coffee maker does just what I need: makes great tasting Hot coffee with carafe that does not drip. The carafe can be almost completely emptied with probably less than one-half teaspoon remaining. I use filtered water and the optional filter insert that I had from an old Hamilton Beach coffee maker. There are 3 brew settings: Regular, Bold, and Robust. This coffee maker is not fast even though I make small batches of about 5 cups since I use either the Bold or Robust setting. The temperature I measured in the carafe right after brewing a full pot was 185 deg F. The heating plate has 3 settings. Lo is sufficient for the small batches I make. The cone filter is good for small batches. The cord is 25 inches long. I only have it plugged in when making coffee so I can't comment on the accuracy of the clock or programming. Have used this coffee maker almost every day for 3 weeks only, but so far so good.

Have used for a week now. Makes good, hot coffee! Easy to use. Information included--including print on box-indicates a 1-4 cup setting for brewing smaller batches. But, there is no such setting. Cycling thru the "Brew Strength" settings are "regular", "bold", & "robust". Other than that--pleased with the Coffeemaker!

Love this product! Ease of operation, efficiency and a great cup of coffee. A brand we have trusted...complete with all the extras (auto shut off, auto start). This unit was half the price of the more expensive coffee maker it replaced...and I wouldn't go back to the expensive brand.

I purchased this coffee maker on Walmart.ca after reading the great reviews (about a month ago). It was purchased for a small office and our previous coffee maker never brewed the coffee very hot. This machine, however, brews a very hot pot of coffee that stays hot on the burner. I also like the strength adjustment - it really works. I tried the "bold" adjustment and the coffee was much stronger (didn't like the coffee, but the feature works). I also prefer a glass carafe over the stainless steel. Only complain would be the coffee pot lid - it's a bit fidgety to get off to wash, but it's well worth the effort for this great machine. Don't hesitate to buy.

I love the sleek design of the Hamilton Beach Coffeemaker Cafetera. It's a 12 cup programmable coffeemaker with 3 warming temperatures and you can choose between 3 different brew strengths so you can have a cup of coffee the way you want plus you don't have to wait for it to finish brewing because it has the pause and serve feature so your able to pour a cup of your favorite coffee mid brew from the carafe. The Hamilton Beach Cafetera takes the cone shaped filters which I do like. You can just program the time you want you're coffee to begin brewing in the morning so you can enjoy you're first cup of the morning. There is a 2 hour shut off timer but you do have the Keep-Warm button option to keep you're coffee warm. The control panel is very easy to use. Keeps the coffee warm for the longest time. I like the versatility in brewing a full pot or a single cup in a compact design. We have been using this coffee maker for about a week now. So far we are pleased with it. It makes a good hot cup of "Joe". I like the different brew settings. Easy to clean up. Looks of it are great. I have owned more expensive coffee makers that would not stand up to this one. I do recommend this coffee maker.

This is a great coffee maker, don't get me wrong. It has many positive options that we like but the one major con is that it takes at least 20 minutes to brew a whole (12 cups) pot of coffee. Mi d you this is on the "bold" brewing selection.
