This steamer/iron works wonderfully. The cover for delicate fabric does not stay on, when used on low, you don't even need the cover. I used it on my tulle and lace wedding dress after fighting with the cover for an hour, I stopped putting it back on and used just the iron itself and it was great So they should either make it so it actually stays on or get rid of it completely and charge less

i loved the option to use as a regular or steam iron. it heats up fast. and the turbo option is awesome. this uses a lot of water, so you have to refill often. ( or I'm incredibly slow, I'm not sure.)lol. if you steam as it's hanging, it can get heavy - i told my friend, i think my arm is falling off. lol it worked really well in taking out wrinkles. but CAUTION-- Steam Is HOT! I saw you can buy steam gloves, and i do plan on investing in a pr. as I got a couple of light steam burns. it's not due to this one, i tried others. They're all the same. you also can buy a product that hangs on the door made just for steam iŕons. it's like a iron board for the door. you Do need it.

I needed a steamer quickly for drapes that had been smashed when installing a new floor. The description said good for drapes, so I took a chance and purchased it. This steamer is amazing. I steamed three sets of drapes and they look like new! Very easy to use and the instructions say it can be used as an iron, as well. I would definitely recommend this steamer!

Bought this to steam inside of my jeep after spending time at a house with bedbugs. The steam was very hot and powerful, there was a cloud of steam that filled the Jeep. Never had any bedbug problem after that! Highly recommend! Best steamer out there!

What can say, it works and it looks nice. I definitely recommend running it over something not important the first time. Just in case there's some factory dust in the pours of the steamer head. Mine spat out some white specks that came off with a lint roller. Thus perfectly ok. Also this was definitely an arm work out for me as I was steaming a full length dress. If you've never used a steamer before like me, just know, this is essentially a medium iron. Just used vertically in the air. And gravity is working against you not with you.

This steamer is excellent! I bought it to steam out some new curtains with some heavy wrinkles. This worked amazingly well. Good size water tank . It puts some really hot steam, so be careful steaming.

It's a good steamer if wrinkles are the issue. I wasn't prepared for it to be quite as big as it is and the cord is placed in an area that somewhat gets in the way but over all it works well. The water reservoir holds quite a bit of water which allows you to get more done in one session

I don't need to iron very much and hoped this would serve as both in iron and steamer so I wouldn't have to buy two devices. The faceplate on this was not good for ironing at all. it didn't go smoothly over cotton clothes and in fact skipped in ways that caused wrinkles.
