Well, it's not exactly a topic most people want to discuss but colon cleansing is important. If you could do it simply with these easy to swallow caps, then why not. I believe you have to find the number of pills which work best for you. Everyone is different & eats differently, so you have to figure it out. I recommended this to a friend who felt sluggish & he dropped two pounds the first week! That's how backed up he must've been. You need to clean out your intestines periodically!

I found this product a few years ago and have never looked back! The dosage on the bottle says two capsules. I take three in the morning on an empty stomach, and it works like a charm. They do have a night version now, so definitely look into purchasing that because the Night colon cleanse works, so much better with this.

If you have a slow moving colon and regular fiber doesn't work for you; I recommend this. I take 2 capsules twice a day and I stay regular. I also drink coffee everyday....

Clean you out very well

I ordered the white bottle. It says on the new red bottle, "new look, same formula" not a problem. But then I open it, thankfully there was a seal. But then when I did there is what looks like green powder lining the bottle. Who is going to take it now? I would like reassurance its the correct company I am use to and trust , replacement and or return of my monies. I am hoping its a one time fluke. Typically; it's a great first step towards professional colon therapy and or a non traumatic nutritive and effective laxative.
