Disappointed with very slow results
I tried a different brand previously and they worked great. I could really tell a difference regarding stomach bloat and my IBS. The only thing Nature's Bounty brand seems to do is make me constipated and I feel even more bloated. With the other brand my "liver belly" was almost flatten after 3 weeks of use. I'd say these don't seem to work really well. They make your belly feel hard and you might experience some gas issues. I'm going back to my other brand.
