healthy stools
i really like it, it usually works pretty good %26 it's the only kind of stool softener with laxative that helps me.

I was told by my doctor about a year or so ago to start using this for constipation. because I'm on methadone and I get plugged up from time to time. So this is all natural. You take two at night and smooth sailing in the next day, hahaha!

There laxatives work very well! I also take them with the Equate Vegetable Laxative (one each twice a day). They definitely relieve constipation from medication!

I like this particular Senna item over other Sennas. And this is my favorite brand of them as well. I can't tell you exactly how it works better than others, but it does for me.

Not sure if laxative part works, it said mild,so it may help in that manor. However the stool softener absolutly did not...
