I have only been taking this supplement for two weeks but in those two weeks I have noticed the following changes... 1. My bloating has changed drastically. I usually would get bloated after every meal. My stomach is much flatter. 2. My appetite has decreased. I don't find myself wanting to snack throughout the day. 3. I do not have intense cravings for sweets like I use to. 4. My energy level has increased. I was sluggish a lot throughout the day. Pills are easy to swallow. One of the capsule in my bottle was empty. I take my pills on an empty or with food. I do drink a lot of water while taking these pills. Pills has not caused me any nausea.

The package was delivered under my carport. I saw the picture left by the driver. Someone stole the delivery box and it was gone when I looked for it (Thursday)... Friday afternoon the opened delivery box was left by my mailbox next to my driveway at the street. The product was in the box, the box opened with a cutter and the flat torn open. The product itself was unopened. Apparently the thief did not want to manage Candida yeast ...why would they bring it back to my address instead of just throwing it away? Do you have any ideas on how to prevent this in the future?

It's just my first few days taking this supplement. I do feel it making a difference and think I will contiene taking it till I feel I don't need to or the healing stalls.
