Unfortunately I could not use this product. I bought to try to help with my feet swelling and it raised my blood pressure. I did take a several day break and try again with same results.

once I opened the bottle I could see that the seal was broken even though the outside seal was intact. I counted the capsules inside and there were too many so the count and the broken seal meant I had to throw them away. I didn't get to take them back to the store because number one I didn't have my receipt and number two I didn't think they'd take them back once it was opened. but it's a shame that I spent $14.99 for absolutely nothing what a waste of money!
