These gummies don't have the best initial flavor but after a few days of use you will get use to them and after 10 days of using I lost four pounds and felt less bloated in my stomach & I didn't feel as hungry as I usually did.

Stick to dentures a little but not to bad, much better way to incorporate apple cider vinegar into your diet than drinking it in water. Handy to carry to take with meals. Great flavor and no after taste

These organic apple cider vinegar gummies are good but almost too sweet. I couldn't taste a bit of vinegar. It's almost like there isn't any in them. The bottle is like any other gummy vitamin bottle. I like the fact that the gummies are red but do not contain red dye. The vinegar balances out the excessive sugar in the ingredients. The bottle says take two gummies as a serving. I did and only experienced a slight change because I ate less and had a trip to the bathroom. I don't think it's enough vinegar in them. Overall I can take these every day.

I haven't noticed any change since taking these gummies. I was hoping for the best. I actually prefer the ACV Pills instead. They of course taste just like ACV and the taste wasn't that bad. Not a fan of these gummies.
