Damaged box and bike
Adorable bike, cute color. Unfortunately, box came damaged and missing chunks. Some screws missing (a few seen on the floor around delivery area). Logo scrapped off the side bar. Front wheel would not fit into fork due to bent bars. Not available for pickup in store and I won't risk another damaged bike due to shipping. Shame, my daughter loved it.

Broken Garbage
This bike came with the back wheel completely dented - unsafe %26 unusable. Absolutely awful and no option for a replacement, they require a return only. So if I want a replacement, I have to put out additional money since I got this on Black Friday.

Instructions not clear on setting up bike. I could not find the YouTube video associated with the instructions for this bike. The bike also had stickers on it from previous owner but I thought the bike would be brand new and there was also scratches on the bike.

Garbage 100%!!
Horrible horrible HORRIBLE bike. Got it the day before my daughter's birthday. This bike has issues from front to back. Wheels are both bent but not due to shipping, due to poor assembly at the factory. Tools to put it together suck. Handlebar brake levers are further apart than that on an adult bike yet they expect kids to ride it? Nope! Returning!!!

Not ordering anything with assembly from Walmart.
Bought this bike online for my Granddaughter who lives in another town hours from me. The (Angie pro) noticed the bike came in damaged and refused to put it together. So that's $59.95 lost. And now I've got to figure out how I'm returning the bike. So I'll be buying one in store from now on.
