I have the Thigh Toner made by Homegym. This device comes packaged with everything you need, including the pump to air up the ball. You will simply open the packaging and then inflate the ball to the desired size with the included pump. You will even find a needle for your use stored inside the handle of the pump. You will then secure the inflated ball within the center of the elastic compartment. Then to begin exercising you will place the ball between your thighs while securing the right and left straps around each of your thighs. You will then stretch your thighs in opposite directions to engage and tone muscles. This is a great device that can be used to target thighs and legs and there are many different exercises you can do with it. Some suggestions are shown on the packaging, which I found to be very useful. This is just a personal preference, but one thing I found negative is that I prefer not to need to attach straps to my left and right thighs. For me, it is just an added step that I prefer to not have to do. Overall though, I think this is a pretty neat product and if used consistently would e beneficial.
The HomeGym Adjustable Thigh Toner is designed to strengthen the lower body muscles while working out in the comfort of home. The kit includes the inflatable thigh toner, adjustable thigh straps, and a hand pump and needle (stored in the pump handle). The set up is easy and quick. Instructions for first time use are included. The HomeGym Adjustable Thigh Toner comes in pink color and the inflatable ball is turquoise. The HomeGym Adjustable Thigh Toner was easy to use and allows a secure and strong fit around the thighs. I tried the band with and without the ball. It worked great. I intend to use this exercise band during time set aside for this purpose and even while watching television. The band lends itself easily to use for arm toning exercises. Start or add to your home gym with the thigh toner bands. You can begin exercising with doctor's advise or follow your established routine with Pilates, yoga, or just toning, but get yourself in exercise mode. Help yourself stay on track; use your HomeGym Adjustable Thigh Toner.
Wow, this thigh toner works well. It's made from strong materials which gives the piece of mind while working out. There are many positions available for beginners and workout pros. The set comes with everything you need, including the air pump and pin (which is inside the air pump top). Great home workout equipment, there is no need to have a gym membership with this equipment.
This thigh toner from HOMEGYM is so simple to use whether your an experienced exerciser or a beginner. I've never used anything like this nor do I ever workout. It's easy to strap on and the velcro holds on nice and tight. With several exercises you can do to tone and strengthen your inner thighs, glutes and abs it doesn't get any easier.
This is an interesting device. I'm not sure how I feel about it. The ball is rather small, and similar to a child's beach ball. You are supposed to place it in a Velcro cradle (which is rather hard to do). The cradle has attached straps that fit around your legs to help keep it in place. The straps work, but I do recommend wearing pants or long enough shorts that will prevent the straps from rubbing your skin. I have taken a closeup of the strap so that you can see the size of the Velcro strap and the rubbery material that works to prevent slippage. The ball itself is easy to inflate. A pump comes in the package. Please note, the pin that is needed to insert into the ball so that it can be inflated is located in the handle of the pump, secured by a flip-top cap. I have been able to use it a few times, but having an unrelated injury, has kept me from using it as much as I had hoped. I felt the straps were awkward to get in place, and I wished the ball were a little larger so that it could offer more resistance for muscle strengthening. I did also remove the ball from its cradle and used the ball as upper body resistance training by pressing against it with my palms, so this set has multiple ways it can be used for strength training. My daughter tried it out too and said that it did target her inner thigh muscles after just a little bit of use, but she didn't particularly enjoy it. However, she much prefers cardio to strength training, but I feel that this device could definitely be a nice, inexpensive addition to your workout regime.
Yes my friend tried it out she said it didn't work for her she didn't think but she did say to say that she is a medium sized woman and she was having trouble getting it over her legs other than that not much much else I can say thank you for stopping by and reading this review have a wonderful day
I received the Thigh Toner in good condition on 8/2/21. I took everything out of the box and found that it was missing the needle for the pump. I read over the directions, skimpy as they were and went in search of a ball needle. After I found one I inflated the ball till it was a bit hard to squeeze. I looked over the pictures on the box and noted a few things. First, though the bands that hold the ball and also attach it to your thighs are elastic, they are quite tight if you have larger thighs. The skinny minny on the box can wear them easily, but not so for those of us that need these exercises to tone up and get a bit smaller! Secondly the very few pictures included really don't tell you much on how to do some of the exercises. There were NO other directions and I could not find a website by the company. I did find exercises of this type with just a ball and no straps on YouTube, so I had something to go by. I did quite a few different exercises and it does do the job. For anyone with interruptions, like phone calls, these straps are a hindrance and could cause you to fall, so you have to unstrap to go anywhere. While the ball is great for exercising, the straps are tight and a hassle. I will continue to use this product, but without the straps. Also, QC needs to spot check more so the package contents are complete.
I wanted to like this inflatable workout ball but it was too complicated to hold between your thighs while moving up and down to create the tension to build tone. The bands to put on your legs to process. Maybe if it was easier to get on it would be a better concept.
I tried using this thigh toner and found it a little confusing. It was difficult to get the Velcro around my thighs. I tried to do an exercise with it and it moved around a bit and was uncomfortable. It is highly possible that I continually got the exercises wrong but it was just a bit too complicated and uncomfortable fore as a novice exerciser.
I was excited to receive and try the thigh toner. The little ball pump is pretty neat and the pin is stored inside the handle, just flip the side open. That's where the goodness ends. It's a complete struggle to fit the filled ball into its elastic holder. Once it's in there, you are supposed to strap each side of this contraption around each thigh to be able to squeeze the ball between your legs to exercise. Once you try it, you realize the elastic part is not only totally unnecessary, but also completely in the way. I really don't understand why you would need to use the elastic part to perform any of the exercises shown? Even worse, the Velcro section that goes around the ball is too thick and sharp on the end, and it will wear on your thigh if you are wearing shorts. My recommendation is just to use the ball alone. I like the size and it works just fine. The rest is all gimmick.
