HomeGym Exercise Thigh Toner with Inflatable 3 lb Rubber Workout Ball, Pump, Carry Bag, Teal Pink

After some surgeries I am getting back in the groove of working out at home. This HomeGym Thigh Toner is a compact piece of equipment that is helping me accomplish that. It is very good quality and I can see it lasting a long time. It straps around your legs and the ball helps you maintain space in between your legs, making your workout a little more challenging. It comes with a hand pump that works very easily and is a cinch to inflate the ball. The straps are completely adjustable using heavy-duty Velcro. The inside of the straps have rubberized stripes that keep the ball from moving around as you work out. This is just a fun, effective piece of equipment. Deflate the ball and it's perfect for travel!

First I just wanna start off by how it was packaged. It was so neat, no struggles to get anything out so I could put everything back in it except for the ball. I decided to get this figuring it would help strengthen the ligaments in my inner thighs. Unfortunately, I haven't stuck with it long enough to benefit from any results. I believe if I can the results could be seen. You'll get a nice thigh workout from home with this tho.

I have the Thigh Toner made by Homegym. This device comes packaged with everything you need, including the pump to air up the ball. You will simply open the packaging and then inflate the ball to the desired size with the included pump. You will even find a needle for your use stored inside the handle of the pump. You will then secure the inflated ball within the center of the elastic compartment. Then to begin exercising you will place the ball between your thighs while securing the right and left straps around each of your thighs. You will then stretch your thighs in opposite directions to engage and tone muscles. This is a great device that can be used to target thighs and legs and there are many different exercises you can do with it. Some suggestions are shown on the packaging, which I found to be very useful. This is just a personal preference, but one thing I found negative is that I prefer not to need to attach straps to my left and right thighs. For me, it is just an added step that I prefer to not have to do. Overall though, I think this is a pretty neat product and if used consistently would e beneficial.

Wow, this thigh toner works well. It's made from strong materials which gives the piece of mind while working out. There are many positions available for beginners and workout pros. The set comes with everything you need, including the air pump and pin (which is inside the air pump top). Great home workout equipment, there is no need to have a gym membership with this equipment.

The Thigh Toner seems to work at least I think its working. I like that it came with a convenient pump but there were no directions in the box on how to use the toner or how to put it on, it was trial an error on my part. You just had the pictures on the box to look at. I have used it several times so I hope it's helping on my thighs

I like this thigh toner. It's well made and strong. The stitching is tight, and I think this product will last. The straps are thick and wide, when you use it, you can feel the burn. I tried it without the ball, as the needle to blow up the ball was not included. After I get a needle, and can used it with the ball, I am sure I will like it.

Yes my friend tried it out she said it didn't work for her she didn't think but she did say to say that she is a medium sized woman and she was having trouble getting it over her legs other than that not much much else I can say thank you for stopping by and reading this review have a wonderful day

I have many kinds of thigh toners. The foam kind, the fabric band kind, etc. This Homegym thigh toner is good for someone that wants to warm up their thigh muscles and bring some circulation into their thigh area/muscles. However if you're looking to actually build muscle, this will not be enough. There is only 1 band with 1 resistance and that won't be enough to build actual muscles. But it's great if you just want to activate your thigh muscles, quads, gluteal muscles, etc. The bands are adjustable and you place them around your thigh and close the Velcro bands. The ball itself was very to inflate and it was very easy to use the pump that came in the package. The band itself is a good resistance level. It's not weak but also not impossible to move. My thighs are fairly big and I could fit my thighs around into the bands. The ball makes it so you don't fully close your legs which is what some people do but you have to keep the resistance and not close too fast or else you won't be properly using the thigh toner. The band and ball itself is good quality. Thete is even grips on the inside of the band where your thigh goes. The only people I wouldn't recommend it to is if your thighs are extremely skinny or extremely big. Also if your intent is to build muscle. It will build a little bit but not like if you want Instagram thighs and glutes. I still like it and do think it is useful.

I wanted to like this inflatable workout ball but it was too complicated to hold between your thighs while moving up and down to create the tension to build tone. The bands to put on your legs to process. Maybe if it was easier to get on it would be a better concept.

I was excited to receive and try the thigh toner. The little ball pump is pretty neat and the pin is stored inside the handle, just flip the side open. That's where the goodness ends. It's a complete struggle to fit the filled ball into its elastic holder. Once it's in there, you are supposed to strap each side of this contraption around each thigh to be able to squeeze the ball between your legs to exercise. Once you try it, you realize the elastic part is not only totally unnecessary, but also completely in the way. I really don't understand why you would need to use the elastic part to perform any of the exercises shown? Even worse, the Velcro section that goes around the ball is too thick and sharp on the end, and it will wear on your thigh if you are wearing shorts. My recommendation is just to use the ball alone. I like the size and it works just fine. The rest is all gimmick.
