Gaiam Mini Loop Band Kit, 3 Pack of Resistance Bands

The hardest thing to find if you wear glasses and do sports. I tried buying them at Amazon but u get the cheapest made ones

This is a great set of bands. Perfect for any beginner or for physical therapy. I have used for both! Upper and lower body strengthening work outs. The included pamphlet gives you some workouts and you can easily look up more. We have also used the bands for stretching calf muscles. I washed the bands as soon as we opened them due to the rubber smell. The bands stretch nicely and have good resistance to them. I would recommend to others!

These mini loop bands are great for workouts. I love that I can easily pack them for working out on the go. I use them for my legs and my arms. All three sizes provide excellent resistance and I love that there are three resistance levels to choose from. They are very durable and can stretch a lot without breaking.

Just got these bands to incorporate into my at-home workout routine. Lately I have been seeing a lot of people use this as resistance training and wanted to get a set that had different widths. This 3 pack has heavy, medium, and light resistance bands for leg, hip, gluten, and thigh workouts. The bands are pink, teal and blue and 2-inch wide so they stay stable on my legs. I bought some before but those were a little too flimsy and didn't get the job done, but these are pretty solid and easy to use without slipping. Right when they come out of the pack though make sure to rinse them as theres some powder from the packaged rubber. They're portable and I can do a lot of different muscle exercises with them. Overall really enjoyed using this and excited to use it more often during workouts and HIIT sessions.

I love Gaiam products very well-made. I received the 3 Pack Mini loop bands that are 2 inches in width. I also got a exercise card which I found was helpful. It comes with 3 bands for different levels of resistance. It felt fine on my sensitive skin. Similar material as what you would use at a physical therapy office.

These came just in time for Physical Therapy treatments in our home. The quality is good, nothing snapped as others I have purchased in the past. They are actually better than the ones the Home Health Care PT bring to the house!!! So we use these because we are not afraid of them snapping in our face and injuring us. They are good and they are strong, thus safer for Senior use. Good product and I would for sure recommend them to buy for your Parents. In addition I tried these in the pool during Senior Pool Yoga and they worked just fine - so I am very happy.

The portability and color grabbed my attention with these. Upon opening the box, the bands are perfectly packaged along with a care guide and an exercise guide. No need to guess which is which level of intensity by trying them out since it's written on each. I did notice when stretching them out, the sheen goes from shiny to a powdery coating, but once you wipe it with a towel, it bounces back.

As with all exercise equipment; they work if you use them. These are easy to take with you from office to lounge chair. This gives them a fighting change. Nothing exciting about them, just easy. I don't do elaborate exercises or workout routines. I use these on arms and ankles mostly while seated. If you get used to the tension, or there isn't enough for you; double them up; use 2 or 3 as one. If you want one a bit smaller, twist it in half. You can feel the affects of use immediately. They work. Just need to keep it up.

These are good bands for beginners or older/active youth that are new to working out with resistance bands. I do however feel that the width of the bands are too narrow for more vigorous movements. Slow and steady would be key.They are 2 inches and are thinner than other bands. I had trouble with them rolling up while working out with them but again, slower movements could have possibly prevented this. You can feel the difference in resistance between the 3 levels. Comes with a guide for basic workouts

These bands are not the best but they are doable to get the job done, In my opinion the material are not the best but they haven't tore yet. They come in three different nice colors, which are on different levels. They are useful and good enough to purchased but i don't know how long they will last.
