Works extremely well for what its intended for. I need to know when my kiddos are trying to sneak out to go play with their friends and simce it has a code they cant dismantle the alarm. The alarm is exceedingly/screeching/frightenly L.O.U.D!! It scares us all, but it stuned my kids enough that they were caught in the act and haven't attempted to sneak put again. With this being said, I am positive it would work for alerting you to someone trying to sneak in. Its great for the doors and i will be purchasing these again when/if my kiddos dare to try to sneak out their windows (theyre a little young for that now). The code would normally be a little excessive for doors AND WINDOWS, but they're definitely small enough to be used for windows. I highly highly recommend! ★★ DO NOT FORGET 2 AA BATTERIES ★★

i wanted this cause sometimes im never confident that i leave my door fully closed when i leave for work. it sadly doesnt really help with that since the range for it the door being closed isnt super precise so even if it's not completely closed itll still say that its closed which is a shame but i tbf i don't think that this product was really trying to be that. it does do what it says it does and having an alarm for my home that i can set does leave me with some security at least

It does its job it's just hard to get it line up on my door so it's not constantly going off because my door frame sticks out further than my actual door but it definitely would work for someone who's frame and door is flat across

upto a certain extend it is ok. battery drains so fast when connected to wifi

was using this device for monitoring my daughter sneaking out her window. it didn't mount well enough for the need I had. however on the front door or back door it would work great. the battery seemed to last a while and it tested easily.

when I first got this setting it up with the instruction manual seemed okay until it would not stop making a loud beeping noise even with the tips switch off in the app it did not show a setting for that. so I called their supposed tech support and the poor girl on the line tells me that they're not really tech support They read the manual and if anybody's having issues they tell them to return the item and get a new one because they have no training in any of the products that are sold they are just told to read the manual that comes with each item after fighting with it I finally figured out how to make the noise stop after uninstalling and reinstalling God knows how many times. You're better off going to the Dollar tree I'm buying the $1.25 little door alarm instead of wasting your money on this. And if you're wondering why I kept it it's because I couldn't leave the house and customer service from Walmart couldn't even set up a pickup for me.

I would really love to tell you what I think about it overall, but I didn't have a chance to use it because I need to downgrade my Wi-Fi, in order to use it which is insane so I'll be asking for a refund

The accompanying directions were minimal and appeared to assume that the reader had already installed one of these devices or possessed secret knowledge that with grant this familiarity. The directions were as minimal as they were horrible. The app. shared these qualities. In the end, I gave up and returned it with haste. For me, this is a perfect example of you get what you pay for.
