Perfect for the basic function of notifying you of a door being opened or closed. I'm not sure yet how long the battery typically lasts but it hasn't run out yet. It does looke like you could easily add other devices from the same brand into the mix if you want %26 theoretically have it set up to notify you easily which is nice %26 something I may utilize in the future. Not super fancy where it notifies aa security agency, you'll have to do that leg work yourself. If that is what you're needing, maybe not this option. Also, it makes no sound on the device itself but does senf an alert you.

This is a great product for the price. It is easy to install and very user friendly to use. Great value. I did receive this product as a promotion to review.

the alertness and the notification accuracy

Difficult to follow included install instructions to link with my wifi router. I need a smart phone notification to alert me if door was opened. My phone chimes one time (open and closed) and not very loud. The chime would not wake me at night if the door was opened.

does not chime like it says it does. can get to announce on the alexa but there is a delay. we got to stop elopement of our child with autism and needed something to tell us as soo. as the door is opening.

I wanted this for my front door, but it wouldn't work because the sensor was somehow not catching. Has a bit of a delay with the notifications sometimes. Might be good for windows, wouldn't recommend for doors.

When the adhesive keeps it in place it works really well, but unfortunately the adhesive gives out all the time and the sensor won't stay put.

Is not reliable and doesn't always notify when opened or closed. Button can be pressed on front and then it won't notify at all
