It works!
This really helped as a supplement to my end of day routine. As someone who deals with memory issues and ongoing inflammation, I appreciated this addition to my supplement routine and added it in my nightly tea.

Seems to be working for me
First time using this brand, but I can tell it's doing its thing. Everyone else in the house caught the cold virus going around, except me and I will attribute that partly to taking this to improve my immune strength.
