It is a nice computer but when I play music in the background it shuts off after a while. My old computer continued to play music.
Works well for surfing web and word processing.. All in one saved a lot of room on desktop.
great computer for light use. playing some games and overall easy to use and fast
Excellent pc fast reliable quick set up and good price
this is my first all in one unit. I have always owned HP products, both in my desktop and my copier. I purchase this when i retired, hoping it would be 'the latest' in computers, and last as long as my desktops. First thing i realized is there isnt enough ports on the back . Second thing was i didnt pay attention that there was no dvd drive. I paid over Five hundred dollars for this and it doesnt even have a dvd drive. I had to buy an external one. Thirdly, the speakers which are internal are not adequate, so i had to buy an external one. The keyboard was so cheap and cheesy, I had to buy another one!! I use this to go on fb, play a game or two , make some videos once in a while. I am totally displeased with this, It doesnt feel like it has the power or quickness of my old HP pavillion.
I needed help setting it up and paid the extra $49 for the service. Things like reloading my programs on it. But no customer care was available. I can still use the help.
Easy set up good quality screen have not encountered any issues
The HP is what I expected at very reasonable price
screen broke, turn half black. maybe the delivery man should note that the box is marke d fragile
Horrible. Don't waste your $. It's very slow, has a horrible camera and you can't do anything on it. I work for a law firm and this computer really slows everything down. I can't even get the volume loud enough to hear the things in the background of the videos I'm sent.
