Forget all the other pancake mixes that only require water. THIS is what a real cook wants when making pancakes! I never follow the directions exclusively; I add more eggs than stated, oil as I think is proper and vanilla extract for perfection. Also, this mix plus a touch of corn starch makes the PERFECT coating for catfish nuggets .

Hungry jack buttermilk pancake mix is great it's easy to mix together it has a wonderful taste. it is well worth the extra couple dollars it cost compared to the generic brands. I would definitely recommend Hungry jack to anyone

This is an excellent, versatile original pancake mix. I purchased it to use in a baked peach pancake recipe, in which it performed perfectly. Since then I have used it to make pancakes, waffles and even baked doughnuts. A great pantry staple. Hungry Jack is family and budget friendly.

This is one of the first pancake mix that I refuse to substitute. It makes great pancakes and waffles. No complaints from anyone when Hungry Jack mix is part of the breakfast or anytime pancake meal.

I have used Hungry Jack pancakes mixture for a long time. It's delicious, creamy and spongy. I add banana with chocolate chips or walnuts. Also, I can add cream cheese bites, blueberries or strawberries, etc. I always add evaporated milk instead of water to highlight the creamy flavor. Yummy 😋

Light, fluffy, great taste. I was very skeptical until I tried this brand after seeing a favorable YouTube comparison table. I prepared a batch of pancakes, exactly according to the recipe on the box and they were fantastic. I’m a believer. Five stars.

I’ve always been a fan of the lacy pancakes from Hungry Jack! They’re not too strong on buttermilk flavor, so I sometimes add a bit of Greek yogurt to make them heartier, and they turn out great. The only thing I’ve noticed is that when I make waffles with them, they seem to puff up more than Bisquick or homemade waffles. I think it’s because they have stronger commercial leavening agents, which makes them super fluffy for pancakes, but not the best texture for waffles. I usually stick to pancakes with this mix.
