Shipped quickly but Fed Ex dropped box and broke one part. I emailed company and sent them a picture. They quickly sent me a replacement part at no charge. Only had slight problem with instructions. Would not have worked for beginner but we were able to figure them out. Would definitely buy from them again

Best pool I've ever bought

My pool is clear and the best part No Filters!!

The package was wrapped very well so things did not get jostled around or broken. The parts were in individual boxes, so you knew what they were -the instructions were clear and concise. The merchant reached out in an email previous to getting the filter pump combination/saying they would be more than happy to help if we had any problems at all -I found that very nice for them to do.-

The product is good. It was missing all the bolts when it came in. I had to run to the store to pick them up. It has a few small leaks and required major tightening.

Works great for our 20 foot intex pool. The hoses didn't attach to the pool like the paper filter pump hoses did. We had to go to the pool supply store to get a new part to attach the hoses to. The pump was fairly easy to assemble with the directions provided. It cleared up our pool in a few days. I wish it had more instructions on how to work the pump though. I have had to Google how to use a vacuum with it and how to get the air out of the line, etc. Once I got it figured out It works great.

So far so good. My water is crystal clear. My only complaint was the directions were a bit confusing at times for setup. It took my husband and I an hour or so to figure out the hose setup, figuring out what hose goes where on the actual pool. Overall, a good purchase.

I previously wrote a review on this product saying that there were no details listed on the Walmart website for this product. Now that it was delivered I was pleasantly surprised that hoses and many connectors were included. The Strainer Basket was not included and the setup instructions do not reference it at all but the photo does show it so what am I to assume...go out and buy one or just forget it?

I received the package with one corner of the box damaged, resulting in a broken hose connector. I could not just return the hose w/connectors, so I ordered the replacement part out of pocket by part number and the replacement part was different therefore unusable. I returned that. We decided to hard plumb the filter to the pump instead of the supplied hose. After finally getting everything set, we can not get the pump to prime. I feel this was a HUGE waste of valuable time and hard- earned money. I'll be happy to submit a new review if we ever get it running.

Piece of crap, plastic connection points get hairline cracks in them causing leaks. Customer support number doesn't take calls, you have to email them. However, they won't respond if you don't have an order number. I never heard back, guess Walmart order number doesn't count.
