Iberia Fine Yellow Corn Meal, 24 oz

I use this brand to make homemade cornbread, mixing equal amounts of the fine and coarse varieties to achieve the perfect crumbly texture. The end result is sheer perfection.

This cornmeal is in my regular grocery haul to make cornmeal porridge. Mix it with condensed milk, coconut milk, almond milk. Either one or mix and match lol love it either way. Not as yellow after cooking as I'd like but the taste is still good.

Finely milled and consistent in texture , works great for cornbread, fried fish coating, porridge, and fried dumplings. Excellent value for the size. A go-to in my kitchen.

I've been using this corn flour for long time , it's my favorite, specifically when i make polenta ,and also I use for my frying fish yummy nice and crispy

Exact same ingredients as Albers corn meal.. 1/3 the price. I have tried the wm store brand great value and it was good but the price has tripled to match albers yellow corn meal.

Real good just boil it with cinnamon stick a peel of lemon sugar and pinch of salt carnation milk. With a splash of cinnamon again on top Great breakfast that keep you fren and healthy

I love the texture and the fact that it doesn't get lumpy like original cornmeal when frying fish. I usually add it to seasoned fish fry to cut the salt
