i have taken this product for a couple of years and it helped me to axheive a successful pregnancy and healthy baby at an older age. i highly recommend this brand and product.
I have heard that it is very good for heart health.
Easy to swallow gelcaps. As a senior I don't metabolize ubiquinone very well, which is true for all seniors. So this product is much more readily absorbed and therefore I can count on it's efficacy to keep my heart as healthy as possible. It is also much cheaper than what I would be paying for this product in Canada
I like this product for the following reasons: 1) Jarrow is a high quality company 2) the form of CoQ10 is Ubiquinol which is more bioavailable and stable than Ubiquinone 3) there are no other fillers such as rice flour, magnesium stearate, and silica. 4) each capsule contains phosphatidylcholine, which facilitates further absorption in cell membranes
As we age we are less able to absorb and assimilate nutrients in general. Ubiquinol is more bio-available than CoQ10, so it's an alternative for we no-so-young folks, despite the higher cost.
Very good product at one of the better prices I've ever found for the 100 mg Ubiquinol. Only slight complaint is the size - these soft gels are quite large and not as easy to swallow.
Ubiquinol in this fast absorbing form from the state-of-the-art leader in nutritional formulas is wonderful enough, but Swanson has made it affordable as no other seller.
I get this for my husband - ubiquinol rather than uniquinone. Glad to see this product with 120 so I don't have to buy monthly.
Good product and price. However, the size of this supplement was twice the size of other brands I've purchased with the same mg. It may be hard for some to swallow.
The recent bottle I received (one of the three I purchased; the other two are still unopened), the pills are stuck to each other that I'm struggling to tear them apart. It's very inconvenient! I'm not even sure I could use them if they get too stuck/sticky. Also, I'm not sure how the other two bottles are.
