Just what I needed
The product arrived in a timely manner, undamaged. This vitamins are very small and easy to swallow. It contains the right micrograms for my needs, I researched other brands, they just didn't measure up. I'm very happy with this product.

It has amazed me how many people write reviews for vitamin supplements. With this product as with about all of the supplements it takes some time th gauge the effectiveness and efficacy. These pills swallow easily and do not give me gas or hearetburn. At my next lab test and blood asaay I might be abler to detect some impact. In the meantime any rating is really quite useless
