So far so good, riden about a month and alls well. Had to pick up handlebar adjusters to make upright old seat that was comfortable and mirrors , but those are cosmetic and to me no big deal- . Bike has alot of pep for sure so far! 4miles each way work been strong. Thanks HeyBike!

Perfect bike for getting around town or the bike trails. It was easy to put together, about 1/2 hr. for me. I had to YouTube how to adjust the disc brakes because they rubbed, but it was easy. I love it. Plenty of power and battery life to get you where you need to go. And it’s built sturdy. Can’t wait to hit the bike trails. For the price you can’t beat it.

I liked how easy and simple it was ti assemble. It's battery charge was long lasting as every 8 miles cost 1 charge point out of 5. I'm love with it 🤍🤍🤍

I am so very impressed. It's heavier than I expected, but it handles asphalt like a dream. The pickup is impressive and with just a bit of assistance, it will tackle most moderate hills. It arrived without a blemish - absolutely mint. Every part was present and every expectation was exceeded. The suspension is not the greatest, the tires are not the greatest, but I am more than impressed!!!!

I love this bike! It is definitely the best gift I've given myself in a long time! I enjoy riding again.

Had it for about a week now. No complaints other than that it didn't come with the bolt for the headlight assembly part of bike (already had bike head and taillights so no huge problem), everything else was pretty straightforward (if you have any experience with assembling a bike.) Not bad for that price it was on sale does what I need it to do

Product was as advertised, front brakes have never worked from out of the box, wiring harness pulled apart and broke when plugging them back together. Customer service has been very slow in responding with a solution.

Deserves lower than 1 star. Front tire came off while my son was riding it, now the cheap frame is dented , didn’t even have it 48 hrs.. and it took 2 weeks to get here when it was suppose to take 3 days. Im struggling get a return or repair. Walmart will not take the bike back as it’s “third party company” even tho you bought it on Walmarts app. I don’t recommend buying ANYTHING on this app . Total joke and high mistake

The handlebar I got does not match the one shown in the product description or in the owner's manual. The one they show has a pivot that allows the handlebar to be moved up and down. The one I received is flat with no pivot ,so my center of gravity is so far forward that the bike is unrideable. I have contacted Jasion many times with pictures of the problem and the situation has not been resolved . I am beginning to suspect it never will be.

The product came with the forks to attach the front wheel… welded on misaligned. I reached out to customer care %26 was given the “solution” to take it to a bike repair store %26 I will be reimbursed.. and for the “trouble” they offered a bike rack. EXCUSE ME?!! I purchased a brand new bike. I should get a brand new replacement!!! They still have not responded since I emailed them back refusing that option!!
