Nice light simple dumbbells
Nice light little dumbbells, they give a little resistance without being too difficult to lift. Good for beginners or someone recovering from an illness or accident.

I like the dumbbells. The only thing I didn't like completely was the bar in the middle to grip the dumbbells was a little too thick for a comfortable grip.
