Great deal %26%26 comfortable for the price. Im a first time mom and i prefer this over a glider. The vibration feels good throughout. The fabric is soft and appealing. You can rock turn recline.! Im able to feed my baby, rock him to sleep, and i can take a nap with him also while getting a nice massage in the comfort of my home! Easy installation and not too heavy that he couldn't lift it himself when delivered. I would recommend this over maternity gliders

This is a great chair especially for the price! Frame is sturdy..material is soft yet durable. The cushion on arms come off for washing..Score! The padding is is Great, alot of it cozy but not squishy!My husband and myself (age 73) put it together ourselves. Instructions are easy to follow. Heat and massage are adequate. Only thing he doesn't like is the swivel part. There is a tutorial on how to stop swivel but it will still rock and recline Very pleased !

Received a small package and only one so initially I thought we had a mistake. A few days later I got the big box. Initially the arms were difficult to piece together. Once I got one whole arm together it went a lot smoother %26 quicker. Once together I’m really pleased. Good value, comfortable. Just hoping it will last awhile. Wishing my first recliner updating my living room had been this one instead the bonzy I bought. Prefer this one.

I should had known that something wasn’t right when I seen the box. Everything was packed so nice and neat and in the plastic. When I started to put the chair together, that’s when I realized I was missing the metal pieces for the armrest. I did write to the merchant, about sending the missing parts. I haven’t heard from them yet. If I don’t hear anything by Monday I’m going to have Walmart come and get the chair. It’s not a bad chair for the price, it just needs the armrest.

I like the chair, it’s better for smaller snacks without loosing comfort. Be aware it comes in two boxes that look entirely too small to be a chai but you will be surprised when you assemble it. I was unaware the recline feature is acceded with a pull cord and not on the outside of the chair. All the parts were there accept the directions. I messaged the seller and had directions emailed to me by the next morning. I am satisfied with this chair.

Whose bright idea was it to stuff the WHOLE ENTIRE BACKREST in the f'in seat frame!?!?!?!?! This is the dumbest, most irritating thing that I've ever had to deal with! And the instructions say to "pull the footrest with your hands" which DID NOT WORK!!!

Missing the armrest covers. Never received them. I keep telling the seller what is missing. I have sent photos. They keep saying they're under the seat cushions. I have checked countless times in every place you could think of, box, under the seat cushion, back of the chair, back cushion. You name it I've triple checked and sent photos of everything I did receive. They keep replying it is under the seat cushion, I keep saying it's not. It's a back and forth with them.

MISSING PARTS. I am missing the part of the chair that makes the arms. I have the bottom, the back but no sides. I have reached out to the seller in hopes that they will send the missing parts. I have a bad feeling they won’t. At this time I would not recommend this company ever. I contacted Walmart and they pretty much said it’s between you and and the seller. Only can get a refund from the seller, this is a clunky item making return difficult. Thankfully I kept all the boxes and wrappings. Hopefully fed ex would pick it up if the seller doesn’t send the missing parts. I am sick to my stomach because I have a feeling that I will not be refunded and have to eat the almost 400.00 in addition to trying to find a recliner. I am only purchasing one because of an upcoming surgery. Fingers crossed the seller fixes this. I apparently didn’t read that they are located overseas or I wouldn’t have purchased. This is my first time using this process and don’t think I will be again. DO NOT USE!! Will update

Like others said, only got box 1 of 2. Chair has no arms. The cushions came but the metal pieces that connect them to the chair didn't. Would love it if it had them, tbh. Even though the heat setting does nothing, I didn't really care that much about that feature. Contacted both fedex and the seller, it's been a couple days and the seller hasn't responded. FedEx is trying to find the 2nd box but who knows if the seller even shipped it in the first place. Probably going to have to return it which is going to be a huge pain. Don't bother with buying this if you want to avoid a headache.

I've only had this since the 19th of February this month for a surgery and it's falling apart the bottom is coming out and the right side arm rest is not sturdy not happy at all with it
