Calcium carbonate
Calcium carbonate is one of the more absorbable forms. This is a good buy and you really only need to take one per day.

Great product, good % of calcium citrate.
The tablets seem to go down easy. I like the fact that they have 1000mg in them as I am over 50 and want to keep up my bone density.

Good Calcium Supplement
Easily absorbable calcium compound. Large pill may be difficult for some to swallow. I personally prefer it. I can rarely, if ever, find calcium and magnesium combination products in the correct ratios. Swanson has them both separately that allows for a good ratio. Dolomite would be my preference, but these are both in absorbable forms, and can be combined correctly.

Size of pill is very large !
Works well for my health needs, but pill is huge! I have to cut it in two pieces to swallow it. Can also be crumbled up in applesauce or something like that to help swallowing issues.

This calcium citrate was just what I wanted. It is excellent, except for the size of the pills. I swallow them, but they are large. I could break them in half to take them I suppose. I wanted the citrate kind. I'll keep getting it!

Huge pill
The only thing I don't like about this is that you have to take 3 to rich the 1000 mg. And the pills are huge.
