Kaopectate Multi-Symptom Anti-Diarrheal and Upset Stomach Reliever, 42 Count, Anti Diarrhea Pills

Kaopectate's formula was changed to resemble Pepto Bismol's recently, but the medication still works as well as it did when Mom administered it to me in 1954. I recommend it without reservations or qualifications. It is one of the 20th century's wonder drugs, like aspirin or penicillin.

I highly recommend this OTC stomach medicine. Liquid or pills. It fixes upset stomach and helps with indigestion. I was amazed. Really settles indigestion quickly. I got as a child and I am thrilled that an old cure is still around to buy easily at Walmart or a drug store or dollar stores too.

These work very nicely. My gp recently recommended them to my and I take with a bottle of water. Work very well. Be sure and follow directions because they worked better for me when I did. They don't have aspirin in them like another popular brand of antidiahreal.

Do not bother with any of the other stomach products. Only this one will remove all symptoms. Other leading brands have impossible to follow instructions, like wait an hour after eating before taking it, and take it with lots of water, and do not eat or drink for an hour after taking it. Ridiculous. Buy this one!

I can't tell you how many times these have saved my work day from me having to leave early because of my sensitive stomach. I usually take 2 pills then wait half an hour even sometimes a full hour before taking 2 more depending on how my stomach is feeling. It's crucial to have these especially when you're short staffed (not because of staffing issues because staff pick and choose when to show up).

Normally a Pepto girl but needed something I could easily travel with and decided to try based on a friends recommendation. Quick relief and helped me get thru traveling with ease

I bought this because I haven't been feeling well. I had the stomach bug since yesterday, and it got worse today, so I bought this ! I had diarrhea and been vomitting until I had nothing in my stomach!!10/10 and I did eat a banana and before taking it with water just to have something in my stomach before taking medication.

Really helped with stomach cramps I was having and slowed the diarrhea down, I was having really bad heartburn too and it helped with that too

Oh my goodness, I had some type of stomach flu and to not get too graphic this helped wrap it up at the end.

The only thing I did NOT like was that it was supposed to be here Friday but here it is Saturday eve and I STILL do not have it nor has a driver picked it up and I may not get it until next week! I could have used Ebay and got it faster! It has been at the location 2.1 miles away for 6 hours and only have until 8 for it to be delivered before I have to wait until another day of waiting! Walmart, get your delivery people squared away please lol!!
