Amazing! The pipes under sink are a little rusted. This tape works! Stopped leaking, even wet! Recommend 100%
Keeney Miracle Wrap Self-Fusing Silicone Tape works very well. I used it at as a temporary fix for a PVC pipe under my kitchen sink. i would highly recommend this product.
I bought this to try and fix my washer drain hose. It was rubbing against the cinder block, and created holes. One thing that was nice, is it is self stick, but not sticky like double sided tape. It takes a bit of patience, to strech properly and wrap, but it works. Well worth the price.
So far it is working. It's rather hard to apply however. It gets tangled easily after taking the plastic off. It's impossible to wrap around the pipe and simultaneously take the plastic off.
I'm not really sure about this stuff. It looks good and I thought it was going to be effective, however it doesn't totally work. It will contain leaks somewhat, though eventually the water will find a way to bead out somewhere. Might add piece of mind overnight so one can sleep on it and find a better option. It's not that cheap and once the section needs to be rewrapped, the strip is not going to be able to be reused.
works well for a temporary fix, but isn't a permanent fix. the adhesive isn't all that good. i used it on Friday night, and by the end of Sunday it was coming off. not much on the roll for the price either, but if you are looking for a way to get out of the higher cost of a plumber on a weekend this might.....might just help.
missrepentation, it does not work , i should get a refunf because its expensive and I can't afford to just blow money because the because the pipe is still leaking and the water bill's still outrageous.
Got this to stop a leak in a garden hose. It just did not work at all. I used the whole roll.
Applied following directions to split PVC. Didn't stop any water. Might as well have used scotch tape. Waste of money!
Does fuse to anything, itself or otherwise. One more useless thing taking up space in the junk drawer.
