It's a famous mayonnaise in my country, Japan, and my husband, who grew up in America, also loves it, so I ordered it. It's a taste that hasn't changed since I was a child, so please try it. It goes well with potato salad.

A nice savory add to most any food
This kicks the flavor up several notches. Adds savory notes to whatever you're mixing it in to. A little goes a long way.

Very tasty item
Has a much more vinegary taste than a regular mayo. Very good in tuna salad and egg salad.
