It didn't come with instructions but it was pretty easy to figure out. The quality seems to be good and it's very comfortable. It's also very lightweight easy to pick up. Glad I chose this one .

It was easy to put together, I needed it for my mom so she won't have to sit so low for her condition works just great it's adjustable I highly recommend.

chair is light and easy to position in place yet very secure and stable. I no longer have to struggle getting off the toilet.

It's really great! The height is good the sturdiness is good the comfort is good the ease of putting it together was good - my husband who only has one arm put it together by himself! HOWEVER, it is not really wide enough for a big Burley man LOL! If it were just a few inches wider it would be perfect, as it is almost too narrow to use 🥴 our tenant who is disabled from the waist Our tenant loves it though, it's perfect for her!

The assembly instructions were very clear with each part clearly labeled. The unit when fully assembled is very stable. The padding is a little too thin. It could be thicker to improve comfort. It is too tall for my toilet and leaves a big gap between its seat and the real toilet seat thereby creating the risk of a man urinating on the floor, which is not desirable. This is the case even at its lowest setting for the height. This could be as a result of my toilet being too low in the first place. It's very easy to get up from the seat as the handles are very sturdy.

Not bad for it's price, supprising how it fit in such a small package, may upgrade to a ; lift, tilt style, this model is good but know tilt lift, riser only, but serves the purpose.

It would be 5 stars, but it had a missing part and I cant easily figure out how to request a new one. I went to the website in the directions, but they want my order number before they will help me and the Walmart number does not add up with the vendors number.

When used it allows liquid to spray all over between the padded seat and the rim of the toilet. Then you cannot return the item because it is considered a medical device.

things leaving the body don't always go INTO the toilet. worse part was when urine got all over the outside of the toilet, the floor, my pants %26 shoes. buy the cheaper ones that just sit on the toilet for a much cleaner experience!!
