Kid K'NEX Wings & Wheels Building Set

My girls love playing with the kid k'nex toys. This particular one, wings and wheels they love! Fairly easy to build. After they build it they love playing with it and having them fly around. I highly recommend.

This is a perfect toy not just for children but for adults. I really got involved with my grandchildren in making endless things. I love the size of most of rhe pieces however there are a few pieces that could become a choke hazard. Just be careful and watchful of the little ones. These pieces are soft bendable plastic. This is very therapeutic because your mind drift to a calming mind set. One thing for sure I wished there were more pieces in different shapes and sizes. Overall I love it.

Kid K'NEX Wings & Wheels Building Set is for children three to five years old. The set comes with 65 pieces and can make 20 different systems or your child can use his or her imagination to create their own design. These sets are not meant for children under three because they have small parts and are a choking hazard. Go by the outline or design your own. The 65 pieces are: 15 blue rods, 10 white rods, 8 yellow rods, 4 orange rods and 2 red rods; 3 blue connector, 3 yellow connectors, 10 orange connectors, 2 red round connectors; 1 set of eyes; 2 wheels, 1 left wing, 1 right wing; 1 spinner and 2 propellers. Watch your child as his little fingers determines which part he will use next. His imagination runs wild as her eyes moves back and forth trying to decide her next move. I am enjoying seeing her fascination with each part as she put it in place. What will the configuration be? What will she come up with this time? Will we recognize it? We have lot of questions that need to be answered. Will they get answered? You will have to wait and see.

My 4 year old son loved the kid k'nex wings and wheels building set. It requires quality building time together as he wasn't able to complete the task independently, but it was fun. The pieces were easy to clip together and easy for him to hold. Great way to introduce you kids to the building experience and engineering that k'next are.

My toddler and myself love this toy it helps the child learn to think in order to make the toy functional so it a win win the colors ar bright and beautiful. The plastic it hard and durable so you have a toy for years. I received this item for free but my review on it was my own and true.

The Kid K'NEX Wings & Wheels building set, is a big hit with my 5 year old. There are so many combinations. Great for getting them off of the tablet, to build their imagination and motor skills. He was so proud of every new thing he came up with. The pieces seem quality and durable, and very cute with the google eyes.

I got the Kid K'NEX Wings & Wheels Building Set for my three year old grandson. He has so much extra energy that he needs to burn off. (As many young boys do) I couldn't believe how excited he was when he saw the box. He opened and got even more excited when he realized that HE got to put it together. He started out trying to make what was pictured on the box, but in a very short time, his attention turned towards making his own creation. He was so proud of himself for making something "new" that they didn't think of on the box. I think K'Nex toys are great confidence boosters for little kids, because now my grandson believes he is a "such a great builder"! I was so excited to get this toy, as I thought my grandsons favorite thing about it would be that he could do it all by himself. He does. He will sit for hours building, playing, and building again. However, his most favorite thing about K'NEX is that his 7 year old big sister also enjoys building and playing with him. The K'NEX are definitely a gender- neutral toy that both of my grandchildren can enjoy together. The K'NEX pieces are sturdy enough to play with their creations without falling apart; yet they are easy enough for small child- strength hands to snap together. I have noticed the very serious look on my grandson's face as he concentrated to put his fine motor skills to use. Although he says "this more funner than puzzles"; the K"NEX has helped him grasp the concept of fitting pieces together. I believe it has taught so much more than I thought any toy could. He doesn't even realize all the things he has learned. I would absolutely recommend any and all of the K'NEX buildings sets as a great learning tool for all ages of children

I have a 4 year old and he loves to play with the K'nex set. I'm an Engineer and I love to sit and help him build different things. This is a 65 piece set, I recommend getting a bag to put all the pieces in. Sometimes I wish things like this would come with a bag, but I guess that would raise the cost up a little. A Large Zip loc bag should suffice. The K'nex set does come with a fold out instruction flyer. It shows you how the different pieces connect to each other and it also gives you 20 different things you can build. Most of the builds are simple and only require a few parts. There are a few with wheels that you can roll around on the floor, a couple are airplanes, the rest seem to be like a little action figures, that you can just sit on the table. The builds are not the main benefit or purpose of this toy however. It is the act of putting them together which helps with Fine motor skills, Hand eye coordination and Dexterity. My oldest had issues with his fine motor skills and this is a similar type toy that we bought him to help with that. It really does work to increase their motor skills and dexterity and for that, I think toys like this are a great thing to have and use on a daily basis. I definitely recommend this to parents with little children to help develop their hand eye coordination and fine motor skills.

This is an interesting game and you can play so many ways. You can build all kinds of things and our whole family likes to play with it. I would recommend this as a gift.

What an adorable little kit of kids k'nex! Lots of parts to use, that areeasy to handle for little fingers to handle. Awsome oray of primary colors that make cute little toys, and really fun to work with.
