So far, so good. I feel good about reaching a daily goal. Many reasons why I avoid outdoor walking...weather, just not feeling well enough etc. For me it is very safe and comfortable. I can do 10 minutes, twice a day on the lowest setting which is better than I could do outside. The rails make it feel comfortable and helps me keep a better posture while walking. I certainly don't jog on it. I'm 81, have very bad back deterioration so I an very careful.

Runs quietly when not on it. Step on it and it makes noises. Your contract people couldn't figure what is wrong. On third day, another different noise started. I can't get down to floor level to check it out. I really want to use it but afraid it might break completely.

The treadmill is not horrible, but it's not great either. The belt tends to have a mind of its own making it difficult to use without constantly looking down. The walking pad is more for a desk or stationary work place. If you want to actually do a good workout I do not recommend this product. Over all I will not ever buy this product or from the company again.

Bought this treadmill 9 months ago and the remote is already dead, battery still works, but it no longer works the treadmill. No other way to turn it on. They will not replace it or sell me a new one. They suggested I take my 9 month old treadmill to a repair shop. Buyer beware. No customer service and they don't stand behind their product.

My son set it up today. Pretty easy to set up with a COMPLETE manual of instructions in ENGLISH only! We were impressed. I am 72 and weigh about 200 lbs. Tried it already on the slowest speed and NOT at the incline. I was able to keep up with the slow speed and even do some far apart steps. I like having a remote to turn it off and adjust the speed. I love having the cup holders and a place for a phone or small tablet. Some have said it's too narrow, but for what I wanted AND the price, I think it's perfect! The rails are not very thick, which is about the only complaint I have - I would have preferred them to be round and bigger, but they do support me. I sometimes have dizzy spells, so the hand rails were important to me and they work well. Smooth walking and smooth slow down. I am 100% plased with the product, the price, the shipping time and the complete instructions that are easy to follow.

Bought in July (2026) worked fine until early august where it started making loud noises and having a burning smell now it's October engine already on it's last leg. Absolutely a waste of money and mind you i lubricant when it's needed dust and vacuum the inside for excess dust. I've done what was needed in maintaining/caring for this “walkpad”.

A lot of machine for a small amount of money.

Really easy to walk on and will be helpful in exercising.

I like this treadmill for the small space it takes up and the exercise programs. It fits perfectly for my size.

I WOULD BUY THIS ITEM. THE WALKING TRACK IS ONLY 34 IN CHES LONG THE SPEED ONLY GOES TO 4.0 MPH. ADV AS .6 TO 6.2. THIS MACHINE WILL ONLY WORK FOR A SMALL PERSON.
