Okay I was a disbeliever in audiophile terms especially sound stage, where you have two stereo speakers but you get illusion of an invisible central speaker. I got these speakers and just playing music using Bluetooth and there you have it illusion of a large soundbar extending from left speaker to right. I was still non-believer so I asked blindfolded my wife and asked me to point which speaker is producing the singer's voice. Low and behold she pointed to middle of two speakers! Amazing. Note the Bluetooth is insecure so you need to make sure to turn the volume down every night so none of notorious neighbors start playing music in middle of night.
Amazing sound quality, just tweak your EQ on your PC and these are comparable to soundbars ive used that were over $300-500, i got them for $50 on sale and wow, at $50 its practically free, its worth it even for $100, very good highs, mids, and the woofer is great and bangs!
I absolutely love this clips 2.1 3 HX that will be certified system with a subwoofer to satellite speakers. This is at least the third or fourth set that I’ve had connected to different computers … in my office in the living room, or to the laptop in my bedroom. The systems are incredibly robust, while delivering the most exquisite exact replication of sound… At any volume. There is never any extraneous noise, hiss or static… The sound is incredible, typical supreme Klipsch quality. Not only that, but the Bluetooth works impeccably… No matter what device you’re trying to connect with, it immediately connects with a solid signal. The sound is impeccable, the connection is solid; I’ve never had a negative experience and I will continue to buy this - and other Klipsch systems - as long as they’re there and I’m alive.
Speakers reduced from about $ 100.00 to $ 55.00 Nice sound for the price. I can connected it to my cell phone and laptop by Bluetooth or mini plug. I can switch it between the laptop and cell phone easily. There is no off button. I have to unplug it at night. The right speaker has three separate cables coming from it. Speaker cable, mini plug, connection to the subwoofer (a d plug with multiple pins). I would prefer the mini plug to come from the subwoofer. I would prefer the connection to the subwoofer to the right speaker not be use. Instead a cable with a control on it. The right speaker has two mini plugs for output. That also can be on a separate cable coming from the subwoofer to your desk. Add an off switch on that control cable. Bare wire connection from speakers to subwoofer, does not use RCA connectors. Ordered on a Friday arrived on the following Tuesday, nice! Photon Capture by Photon Release Tuesday, July 19, 2022, 19:09:16 PM DSC_0189.JPG DSC_0195.JPG DSC_0198.JPG
I've had the original versions of Klipsch Pro-Media 2.1 speakers (non-BT). They hit hard and were great for listening to music. The fact I couldn't turn them off was a deal breaker for me and I ended up sending them back. It's 2022 and speakers don't have an on/off switch. Understanding these speakers have been around for years, but come on Klipsch. Also, not being able to have BT capabilities was simply unacceptable. With the addition of BT to the new(er) and improved Pro-Media 2.1 speakers, I decided to take the plunge one more time. Got the unit a couple days ago and set everything up. Beautiful looking bass and satellites which design hasn't changed in years. Plugged the sub in and... nothing. Zero power! Changed outlets and looked for an on/off switch but to no avail... DOA! I'm sure this unit was a lemon but it couldn't come at a worse time... for me. I returned the item to Wal-Mart who didn't question why the item was coming back. If you can get past the possibility of the unit being DOA, no turn off switch and BT issues lots of reviewers speak about, these might be the speakers for you. I mean that in a positive way. There's no doubt the speakers pack a punch... and for $50?!? Easily worth the money but the cons outweigh the pros for me so I'm looking elsewhere.
One of the screws snapped that connect to the subwoofer and I'm not getting any power to the speaker
Lousy bass! I had two sets, the previous version with no Bluetooth, then these. Same 200 watts on box, just has BT. Nope! Smaller amp and sub, less bass than my original and poor sound all around, very disappointing. I took them back.
Bought and returned two of these now, due to a buzzing noise that occurs whenever they're plugged in, regardless of volume. Consider getting Logitech Z623 or maybe Edifier 1820DBs instead.
Saw the overall reviews and bought hoping I wouldn't run into some of the common issues I saw. Unfortunately, this was not the case. First speakers wouldn't power on... sent back and got a replacement, this time turning on and working via bluetooth but not through aux cord (whether through the one built-in or plugging in my own or headphones cables). Can't recommend
I've purchased 4 variations of the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 from it's early inception days to this BT version being my most recent. Out of the 4, this was the WORST. I had to replace the first one shipped to me, it would not turn on. This second one, has...like you will see with many other reviews...too much interference noise from the line in and a completely different low freq hum from the BT mode. I only paid the $50 for the speakers so I don't want to bother Walmart with a second replacement. This set is going straight to the garage, and the dirty dusty one in the garage will have to end up coming indoors just because this noise interference is unbearable indoors. If you are reading this and were on the fence to buy, don't buy! I think this might end up being my last set of Klipsch speakers just based on the problems with this set.
