having problems using the restroom I've been using this and it's been helping me a lot. the only factor is is I don't know if I'm gaining weight on it

The taste is not pleasant, but the product does exactly what the doctor explained. Would have preferred the tub over individual packets. The amount I take presently requires that I measure and the size of the packets complicates that.

Konsyl is the best psyllium powder on the market. I find it works effectively and quickly. i use 1 tsp morning and night and drink plenty of water throughout the day- which I would do anyway if I didn't use fiber.

Easier to Drink and measure
It's easier to measure out the amount I need to drink it, and it's not hard to drink it. It's better than the large bag.

I've been using this product for several years now and I highly recommend its daily use. It's gentle and no obnoxious taste, can mix easily with water or your favorite drink.
