Surprised & Happy with Super Fast Shipping & Xlnt Quality
I was in a pinch but thought this item (Kwikset handleset w/SmartKey) might take a week to arrive. It surprised & made me very happy when it showed up in 2 days! The handleset was made of top-quality metal with an elegant, firm feel. It installed fairly easily & looked great. My new front door hardware made my entry door look elegant & I'm sure it was a factor in selling my house. My only minor complaint is that Jet.com did not have the dummy handleset & knob for the other side of my double door. To find a matching dummy set, I had to order from another vendor. Both sets matched beautifully, as if they were one double set. Just wish that Jet.com had had both sets because I prefer ordering from Jet.com.

Beautiful and easy to install!! All the other ones at Lowe's or wherever you shop were very expensive and this one is durable and beautiful.

Can you handle it?
I didn't realize when I ordered them that they are deadbolt only. I wanted to get one with the lock in the handle as well. But, it is very nice and we'll made.

You get what you pay for. Buy something more expensive and easier to install.

Poor quality mechically
We bought this lockset just over a year ago. The finish is coming of and mechanical parts are not holding up. Our old lockset lasted 20+ years.
