The flavors are warm and nutty without the acidity. The beans are not oily. They bloom well in pour over or with the coffee pot. We liked it enough to buy another bag and also try some of their other roasts.

The beans are full deep brown in appearance. The beans are nice and big. They grind down to a beautiful texture. The fragrance from the freshly ground beans makes me want fresh ground all the time now. Wonderful experience in making and drinking this whole bean coffee.

This are perfect toasted to make perfect espressos. Set up is easy to have consistent flavor all the time. No learning curve and I can say ergonomic to use. I notice to while I am doing my coffee that's not have the harsh sound for over toasted beans.

It's a dependable coffee. Nothing super fancy, but also not basic. It has a complex, somewhat fruity flavor that is really nice. We have our own coffee grinder so dealing with a whole bean is simple. I didn't really need the instructions from the bag because I am used to doing it. Ground some up and brought it to the office and it was a big hit.

I purchased these beans because I saw so many highly rated reviews online I have Phillip Baristina 300 which is a fully automatic espresso machine, and I usually use Cameron velvet moon, espresso beans so I wanted to try out something new. I am disappointed with the shots that I pull with lavazza super crema I don’t think anyone of my shots have full body, and I think I like espresso style beans, more than the medium roast

I received the coffee beans were manufactured almost a year and a half ago! Unfortunately, I can't return it as I figured this out after opening the bag.
