Lawry's Spaghetti Seasoning Mix, 1.5 oz Packet

I received this lasagna seasoning packet to try, and it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! I received a fullsize packet of this lasagna soup seasoning in the mail in exchange for my honest review. I went to check their website and found a lot of other seasonings for all types of stuff i didn't know about but I will be trying soon. They have a lot of easy, economical options. I should have used a slightly bigger pan making the lasagna soup, but it worked out. I like the penne noodles but my family wants to try it with the lasagna pieces like the recipe recommends. We added ricotta cheese in our bowls and it was so good! It is very customizable, tastes great, and is fast to make. You don't have to wait all day for it to simmer or bake like a lasagna does. McCormick has added so many fun easy options to dinner and I can't wait to buy their other stuff too. This has now become a regular in our dinner schedule.

Lasagna Soup is a Fall/Winter staple in our household so I was excited to try this out! Directions were easy and the soup itself was delicious. We added some ricotta to our bowls after serving. This had a lot of flavor and didn't need amy additional spices. I'll be purchasing a packet when i see it in the store. I may try to add some heavy cream to the pot while it's cooking. We have had lots of super chilly days lately and this soup mix was JUST what was needed. It was absolutely delicious that everyone was gobbling it up. I wouldn't say my kids are super picky but they do have their moments so I was a bit skeptical. But they LOVED this. The recipe was super hearty, filling and delicious. It was SO easy to make. I used bone broth instead of chicken broth to give it a boost of protein and ground italian sausage. I also added a little blended cottage cheese to make it a little more creamy and add even more protein. Honestly I could eat this every single day. So delicious.

Its a great product, don't get me wrong but I tend to enjoy adding my own amount of seasoning. Its not really a soup mix, its the seasonings. But its great for others who need help with seasoning their meals. Also to encourage new dishes. Great idea nonetheless!

This was perfect for a quick weeknight meal. I thought it had it had great flavor but my family wasn't impressed. They requested regular lasagna next time. I guess they just prefer the real thing!

I was excited to try a soup mix because I am such a soup fan. I'm thankful to have been given the sample but I'm not the biggest fan of lasagna. But my husband enjoyed the flavor and ricotta topping. I appreciated the very few steps it took to make this versus a real lasagna!

I've been making lasagna soup for god knows how long and I never knew that a seasoning packet existed. This makes my life so much easier! I usually add so many slices to make my soup taste good and it's usually missing something. This has everything I need. The perfect amount of seasoning and salt. Great combo!

I really enjoyed the lasagna soup. Followed the directions on the packet and the flavor was wonderful and the meal was very filling. Adding the cheese put a great touch on it. Personally I would add a few more noodles next time. Otherwise perfect cold weather soup.

When I think about McCormick, it brings me home to smells and tastes of my childhood. I was very excited to get the opportunity to sample the McCormick Lasagna Soup Seasoning Mix from BzzAgent. I have to admit that I was a bit underwhelmed with the flavor though. It had a good flavor, but the nostalgic lasagna flavor that i look forward too did not penetrate through as much as I would of liked. I will try this mix again. perhaps I will tweak the recipe a bit.
