Campbell's cr of mush room soup, is better tasting than any other brands. I add a small can of mixed vegetables into the soup, heat it up and it's yummy , the soup could use a bit more pieces of mushrooms though , that and some saltine crackers , make a great lunch for me!

I used to cream the mushroom soup to make one of my son's favorite meals.Which we call dance special. some ground beef, some four state cheddar elbow macaroni, and a few other ingredients.And it's delicious. My son also likes the creamy mushroom soup and will lick the spoon once I use it as an ingredient.

I’m not a brand snob, I usually go for generic whenever I can, but Campbell’s is one place I make an exception. There’s just something about it that’s consistently better. The flavor is richer, the texture is smoother, and it holds up really well in recipes. I’ve tried other brands, and they’re fine, but they don’t quite match this. This cream of mushroom especially works great for cooking or on its own. It’s dependable every time, and that matters when you’re putting a meal together. Sometimes the name brand really does earn its place, and for me, this is one of those cases.

I'm on a tight budget and can't afford to make soups and sauces from scratch. I use the cream of mushroom soup to make boring and ordinary foods taste better and be a little more exciting. For instance, I add a can of the cream of mushroom soup to my packaged ramen soup to make it creamier, more tastey and less watery. It turns the packaged stuff into more of a meal and makes it taste better, too.

Upon taking the outside plastic off, I discovered that every can had rather sizable dents, at least one per can, some several dents. These dents had to be noticeable to whoever was quality checking. Very disappointed.

No where on the page does it say " Bioengineered," but when I got home and looked at the ingredients, at the very bottom it says Bioengineered ! I have trusted Campbells for 50 years, this is the last time I buy anything from them ! And I'm not at all happy that Walmart is in on the deception ! They could of easily shown the whole list of ingredients, but they chose to help Campbell's deceive customers and left off the bottom part showing Bioengineered ! You have to enlarge the pic to see it.

Ingredients listed in online description does not disclose that this product contains bio-engineered food ingredients. CHECK THE ACTUAL LABEL BEFORE YOU BUY. Shame on Walmart for not verifying online manufacturers ingredient list matches label ingredient list.

I disliked and wasn't pleased with the cans of mushrooms . It looks as if rodents had been eating the label off of the cans. I will take it back to exchange . I know whomever filled my grocery pickup had to have seen it . I'm not looking for reimbursement, I just thought this wasn't right, and maybe it was an honest mistake.

Campbell's mushroom soup was my favorite soup of all. Growing up through the years, I used this in many dishes and continued to enjoy what it added to the dishes I prepared. Over time, I began to use it less and less. Just a few days ago, I pulled out an old recipe that was pork chops baked with mushroom soup. It always was delicious. When I opened three cans of Campbell's mushroom soup to pour over the meat, I noticed that it looked different than the soup of the past. I tasted the soup and was shocked at the saltiness of it but more so by the flavor. I can't describe the favor. There weren't any of the tiny cubes of mushrooms like before. There was nothing about this soup that tasted like mushrooms. I threw all 4 cans in the garbage. What a waste of money and the biggest disappointment in a company that used to be know for its quality. No more ummm ummm ummm good.....never again.
