Leslie Sansone - Tone Every Zone Walk [DVD]

I have many of Leslie's workouts. I really love to work out with her. This is my new favorite. It is a little harder workout using weights. It's exactly what I was wanting. The workout goes so fast, and you can adjust your weights as needed. Buy it. It's worth it!!

As usual, I was very pleased with Leslie Sansone DVD. Delivery was quick. The only problem with Sansone's workouts is that you can't buy too many. They start to look the same after a while.

This workout, as the six others that I have purchased, offers a very good variety of moves. I would highly recommend any of the workout DVDs by Leslie Sansone. I am also pleased with the service I have received when ordering through Walmart.ca. This service is prompt and very affordable.

I have been exercising with the DVD for about 2 weeks and I can feel it. There are 3 sections, (arms, legs, and walk) each about 20 minutes. You can do 1, 2 or all. I mix them up and do 1 section a day about 3-4 days a week. You could do this without weights, but I highly recommend getting some dumb bells to go along with the arm and leg sections. I'd decently fit and have ran 5ks before. After having my son 4 years ago, I have gotten out of shape and needed something to jump start my routine that I could do inside. No need for complex movements, just do simple walking in place, side steps, marches and kicks.

Love Leslie! I wanted to add strength training to my workouts and this is just what I need. I DEFINITELY feel the burn during this workout & I like that you can increase your weights as your strength improves. Leslie is so encouraging & she motivates you to keep going. Great purchase!

I preordered this dvd and am so happy that I did. It is 3 different walking workouts.

Simple and easy but it is so helpful. Love it.

I ordered 2 DVD's not available in Stores and was extremely happy with the whole experience.

Like this tape because you get a good workout but it is easy to follow. No fancy footwork to follow! I wanted to work in some weights but also work up a sweat but not over do it. This does the trick!

Good workout,get your toning and aerobics in the same workout. Fast pace,but simple to follow like all of her workouts.
