LG 10,000 BTU 115V Window-Mounted Air Conditioner with Wi-Fi Control, LW1017ERSM

We have had nothing but issues with this. It doesn't run like it should and it should definitely be colder in the room that it is in. Need to really send it back and receive my money back. Very disappointed in it especially for what o have paid for it. We had got rid of the box once we set it into the window.

This cools well if the fan is going constantly, but if on energy saver the start up of the motor is so loud like a whirling freight train %26 will wake you up…that is if you get to fall asleep in between intervals of it starting back up. Also does the same thing when running it on ( DRY) setting when the humidity's high. I thought I was ill because I felt like a fish coughing up water during Texas high humidity summer. You cannot keep the fan on constant except for the ( COOL) setting which brings in outside air. I have another LG in my pool room it does not have this happening but it's an older model. Not sure what to do.

i never got this air conditioner i waited while it was in transit 1hr away from where i live for 10day %26 then when it finally got here it was the wrong one instead it was a ,14000 btu air con in its place.Then i get the run around when i called about it %26 told i would have to send it back FedEx to get my money back. Never again! Eho has time for all this running around mess!

I ordered the 15000btu model LW1522ERSM and received the 14000btu model LW1522ERSM”1” instead. The LW1522ERSM1 doesn't have Energy Star. Main reason I purchased the 15000btu model. It's completely different. There is a separate listing for the LW1522ERSM1 on Walmart.com, separate from these here. The warehouse is incorrectly labeling the 15000btu model with the 14000btu one. So beware. Bad bad bad Walmart. Now I have to waste time on the return, pick up, and refund. Walmart.com told me I have place a new order.

As stated before, ordered this item. A different smaller one was delivered. The website still shows the item is delayed and hasn't been delivered yet. But it actually came one day earlier than it was scheduled to

Walmart actually ships a 14,000BTU unit, which comes with a packing list showing the unit price is nearly $200 less than the purchase price

I did not get a 15,000 btu air that I ordered.. I received a 14,000 Btu ac instead.. I want my credit back between the two air conditioners.. I can't get no help on this matter nowhere.. can not return it is too heavy for disabled people here..

First off this is mainly about the shipping and products I haven't even had the opportunity to start it. It had a projected shipping date of less than a week I received it in a month. I unboxed it tore the box down it was dented in places and when started to assemble there are screws missing, the left lower panel guide is broke, the right curtain panel is broke but I managed to make it work with those. Now onto the “lock nuts” for the carriage bolts and type d screws: first off they aren't lock nuts they are normal nuts and their use is useless because when tightened all the way they slide all over so I'll have to run and get some washers along with “lock nuts”. Needless to say it's sitting on my kitchen table waiting to be put into the window due to the screws and nuts. I am not even sure the thing turns on and works but I'll get to that rode hopefully when I can get the right screws, nuts, washers.

I ordered this 15,000 btu and received the 14,000 model. I called Walmart customer service and was told by Mariah that they were checking my options to return and receive the correct one. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes in addition to the 13 minutes before that to speak to someone, I was hung up on. I have not relsoved this issue and am growing increasingly frustrated and very disappointed in customer service. I will continue to try to resolve this issue. Walmart needs to do better. I chose Walmart over other stores because I thought they would be more reliable. I am so disappointed to say I was wrong.

I ordered the LW1017ERSM air conditioner twice and received the LW1017ERSM1 which is a totally different ac. I was assured by several representatives and a manager that the replacement would be the correct ac which it is not. I am going to request a second replacement. This is total incompetency. It is probably costing Walmart more to send and return the three ac's then the cost of my purchase. There appears to be a communication issue between the Walmart reps and the warehouse that ships the items. I have little confidence that I will get the correct ac, but I will try
