Super Ubiquinol CoQ10 with Enhanced Mitochondrial Support is an excellent formulation (Ubiquinol and Shilajit fulvic acid) that I was already famiiar with via another company. I purchased as I was having severe headaches due to a serious reaction from a drug and this has truly helped me. I heard Dr. David Sinclair of Harvard say that we need to take CoQ10, Shilajit and PQQ (for Mitochondrial Biogenesis) at night for enhanced mitochondrial function and I have and use that one also per Life Extension which I was introduced to about 3 years ago. As we age we need more CoQ10 for Mitochondrial support and this one is perfect. I like the company, Life Extension also as they seem to be a company with integrity which is a rare commodity in the world of supplementation.
I go to an anti-aging doctor and he does my blood work every four months and he says this product is really helping you. I feel good and love all the products of Life Extension.
Probably a better choice than w/o mitochondria support
Cost of product is comparable to anything here in Canada. So, as usual, we received bottles of Ubiquinol in record time.

what it did to me is that me inner energy didn't go down no need for surgery energy drinks.

Those with 4 star rating haven't been used long enough to rate higher. My use for honest review is still not complete. 4 rating is because I trust from past and present use of of what I have been to be very good. I suggest walking regularly helps combined with products I get.
I have used this product for years, but this batch came with all the pills sticking together. I had to un-stick them carefully to get them out of the container and put them in another container, but still they are sticking together again. I hope what caused the "melting" did not affect the product inside.
