I have been using Complete Multivitamins for quite a few years now. When a lab test showed decreased vitamin D, my doc recommended that I take 1000 IU of vitamin D. add in teaspoon doses to fresh filtered water. Nice alternative to vitamin capsules; also stretches nutrient absorption during day. Will purchase again.

So far it's pretty good

I love the flavor and the fact that it comes in liquid form. Always a bonus when products like this are made from whole foods. The 3 star rating on convenience is because at least 3 times I've had a bottle arrive leaking. Walmart is great about returns, but my closest store is 1/2 hour away, soooo, not very convenient.
