Live Conscious Beyond Collagen Multi Collagen Capsules w/ Biotin, 90 Caps

Any review that says “I've been taking these for a month” don't listen to them. It takes three or more months to see any difference with collagen. Once you've been taking it CONSISTENTLY meaning EVERY DAY for three months, you WILL see a difference. My nails are thicker, my hair started so much new growth, my arthritis is much more manageable. These work, you won't regret it!

l wish l could be able to take it once a day and still get the same quality of enrichment. l usually forgot the lunch time pill because l skipped lunch sometimes due to work .

I bought these to help with my brittle nails and have found that they actually work! My nails have never looked this healthy. They are a bit pricy so I'm not sure how often I will buy them.

this is just extra collagen and more than usually comes in vitamins. This definately has made a difference, slight for now cause only used it about a week, but my hair is not so split on the ends and my nails seem a little stronger. will continue to use.

Pills are too big and hard to swallow!

I ordered the Live Conscious Beyond Collagen Biotin & Vitamin C for Hair & Skin, 1300mg, 90ct because I fried my hair with bleach and had to cut it off. I was wanting to grow my hair a bit faster and have it be healthy and give my nails a bit of a boost because they were starting to look like dry old lady nails. I waited to do my review until I'd taken them all and I have to say, I really don't see any kind of difference in my hair and nails. I did notice that my knees didn't hurt as much though, which was an unexpected and pleasant side effect!! I asked my doctor about that, and apparently, collagen is good for joints!! I wouldn't necessarily recommend the Live Conscious Beyond Collagen Biotin & Vitamin C for Hair & Skin, 1300mg, 90ct for hair and nails, but if you have arthritis, it could help you as it helped me!!

My Beyond Collagen Multi Collagen Capsules are pretty big pills to swallow and according to the directions 3 are to be taken daily. I have been taking them for about 2 and a half weeks at this point in time. And I would love to say that they are amazing and that I can see a difference in my hair and nails but unfortunately that is not the case. So I would have to say I would not recommend the Beyond Collagen Capsules at this time.
