I used a name brand collagen peptide supplement snd this product FAR surpasses it in more than one way. I have been able to walk up the stairs to my office easily after 30 days pf this product. My joints feel like they are moving easier. My nails are growing stronger snd of course faster since they weren't really growing before. I feel like my hair is shinier as well. The problem with the powdered collagen is that there is a cloud of powder ever time you open it. Everything else is good I just think the product is going into the air when it shouldn't.
