Very pleased with it. Is very stable, yet easy to move if needed. I love hanging, just hanging, from the bar every day to lessen spinal compression, but my favorite is the decline sit up feature! Was easy to assemble, a little advice if you are assembling it in your basement...unpack upstairs and take pieces downstairs as you assemble it.

I broke my shoulder a year ago and ordered this pull up power station rack to help improve shoulder mobility. I chose this brand because it was heavier and taller than others. I am very pleased with the purchase - the parts were individually protected in the package, the instructions for assembly was good, it is well made and steady, I like the hooks for resistance bands, and it is tall enough for me to do a deadlift without bending legs. (I'm 5' 9" and don't have it at its highest setting.)

Product is awesome! Fits in my space perfect. Solid and well put together. Went together easy. Holds up well and excited to keep it for years!!!

The assembly instructions were very simple to follow. Only took about 30 mins. Sturdy construction and multifunctional. And it's not very wide so the space saving is great!

OK, so this power tower here that was ordered the El multifunction power tower pull a bar with I can't really tell but I don't think it has if it does have the back rest it doesn't say boo-boo on it like mine does and it doesn't have like the hanging pull-up bars on it I just I do my yeah I don't. This is not the one I ordered, but I'd like mine for sure.

Good quality product. Took a little time to assemble; all parts were present. Stable, roomy. Only negative is that the space between the bars is a little narrow.

Pros: - The shipment arrived intact ahead of schedule - All required pieces were wrapped nicely and clearly labelled. - The installation instructions were clear. - The pieces fit together nicely, and have a quality finish. - It's a sturdy piece of equipment for beginner-intermediate users. Cons: - The advertised Max Weight of 480 LBS is mis-leading as the actual Max Weight label on machine displays <220 LBS.

Very easy to assemble. Far more sturdy than expected. GREAT value for the money. Would have given it 5 stars except one the the arm cushions came with holes in it.
