These are a good quality. My husband wanted these to build up his hand grip it but they are not that difficult to squeeze as a previous pair that he had. However I told him to try to do 100 reps and he could not get there so I think they're still good but just wanted folks to know that they're not really super hard to squeeze. Personally I think that makes them more versatile as I can use them too. I was unable to squeeze the previous ones because they were too hard.
This hand grip pack is very nice. It comes with two of them so you have one for each hand. The strength on these is at a good level and it feels sturdy enough that you can put a lot of pressure and won't break the product. My arms and hands feel stronger after using these for a few weeks and I would recommend this to other people too.
This hand grip is fantastic, handles are comfortable, pressure is about right, it works great for me. I have some problems with my hand and this is helping cure it. Super easy to carry and use. You can use it anytime and anywhere.
It was relatively cheap and is pretty high quality, the foam handles make it so my hands do not hurt when using it. It is not very hard to squeeze but after a while, you can feel it is harder and harder to squeeze.
Easy to use for us elderly and has a good amount of tension that lets you use them easily but still know that you are exercising your hands and not tire your hand out too fast
Great for building up the muscle strength in your hands and fingers. I purchased this to help me strengthen my grip. It works very well and serves that purpose.
Bought it for my husband as his doctor recommended he to use it to help his fingers. For a small amount of money It works for us.
When I got these, I could squeeze them 130 times. So, they do have some strength, but my grips I can squeeze 90 times.
Only received one never received the second one no one checks these responses still owed one-replied the same when received
Only one hand exerciser arrived. Even though, I had paid for TWO,
