Sticks right away without slipping for heavier items. Not quite as good as loctite 3, but almost as good.

Did not work for application I needed it for
Bought to get immediate grab of light plastic ceiling tiles to wood joists, to enable installing over my head without having to stand on ladder with arms over my head awaiting it to dry. This did not work. Not thick enough to hold instantly.

I accidently gave a $9.79 tip to driver %26 called walmart %26 the guy there said he'd refund my money! I never got it back!!

Not good for the polystyrene ceiling tiles
It didn't not work well at all for my intended purpose. I tried to use it for the polystyrene ceilings, which it said they were great for, but it would not work at all with them.
